At the origin of Green Sight, there is me, Pauline Lavagna. I started my career as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar for ten years before turning to my more creative aspirations and embracing the world of music.

I started my career as an environmental consultant with Paradise City, an electronic music festival, a pioneer as an eco-responsible event. Since its creation, I have been thinking about the festival's impact on its surroundings and how to reduce its environmental footprint in the short and long term. In 4 years, the festival has been recognised by A Greener Festival as one of the most sustainable in Europe with the "outstanding award" obtained in 2019.

I am the Benelux representative of A Greener Festival, the reference organisation for auditing festivals and events for their sustainable approach. I am also a consultant and assessor within this framework and therefore audit the green commitments of several music festivals in Europe.

My experience allows me to identify the various levels of action in the organisation of small and large events. Thanks to my legal skills, I also have an ease in writing, in understanding and reading regulatory texts and in speaking.
